The City of Lee's Summit is responsible for maintenance of traffic signals and traffic control located within the City's Right of Way (ROW). Traffic signals located along I-470, US-50 Hwy, M-291 Hwy, and M-150 Hwy, and the respective interchanges and frontage roads are generally owned and maintained by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT).
