Can there be an easier way to pay, like on a weekly basis? I know it is a wonderful deal, but $300. 00 is a lot up front (heck buying a car, which last longer than 12 weeks isn't as much up front). Can exceptions be made, contract that wont' leave Lee's Summit or LPCC in the red? People could benefit from this, but at the cost on the very 1st payment ? This would deter individuals that really need the help.

Sincerely,
Amy

Hi Amy,
The 3 step payment plan with RevUP includes an initial payment of $287.50 to reduce the cost of the program in half at the time of registration. Offering additional payment options that aren't currently in place will require an additional expense for RevUP. This will require more administrative time and expense for our RevUP staff instead of offering participants the accountability and support for training sessions, nutrition classes, and coach calls, which will take away from participant's experience. The RevUP program is an exceptional deal for such a quality program and LSPR has already taken the initiative to set up a payment plan that we feel accomodates the patrons without hindering the program. Please feel free to contact me at 969.1513 or edaniels@cityofls.net if you have further questions.

Wow....this is really expensive! I've always wanted to join, needing the pool for arthritis exercise, and other issues. Can't afford your prices.

Hi Colleen,
RevUP is a health and wellness program separate from a fitness membership. To be a member at Legacy Park Community Center and take full advantage of all the amenities like the fitness classes, indoor aquatics, racquetball etc, there are several options. An annual membership is a one time fee of $190 for LS Residents ($225 for non). If you prefer to pay by the month, the fee is $15.83 for LS Residents ($18.75 for non) plus a $25 enrollment fee. And of course you can always pay as you go with a Single Visit Fee of $6 for LS Residents ($8 for non). Please come by for a full tour of the facility - aquatics can be a great therapy for arthritis.

I wonder if there might be a way to just do the basics for this ErvUP. I already am on top of my glucose and lipids levels, but need just a little help with the nutrician and excercise parts. Maybe a simplified class for about $100 could be set up? That might be more affordable/workable for some of us. Thanks for considering that.

Hi Henry, LPCC does offer the "Healthy Fit Nutrition" program that includes a complete assessment, suggested daily meal plans, grocery lists and a personalized workout program. This program is offered in two, 1 hour sessions for $99 (member) & $119 (non member) or four, 1 hour sessions for $190 (member) & $230 (non member). This program may be more suitable for your needs and reaching your healthy eating goals. If interested give us a call at 816-969-1550.
