On March 23rd, LSPR is hosting a Super Smash Brothers Tournament! Entry fee of $10 includes participation in a double elimination tournament, pizza, and drinks. Event takes place at Harris Park Community Center. Consoles & controllers are provided by LSPR, but feel free to bring your own controller.

Youth (6-17) - this series is more than just learning the rules (although we'll cover those too, of course). It's about mastering the green, one swing at a time, and having a blast while you're at it. Beginner series is an introduction to the game of golf. This series covers instruction topics such as (but not limited to) introduction to the game and basic terminology as well as the fundamentals of putting, chipping and the full swing. These classes are designed to be a fun interactive way to learn a lifelong sport. We are also offering a separate adult class.
Skateboarding 101 begins April 2th! When done safely, skateboarding can be a great outlet for our youth. Skateboarding is a fast-paced, exciting, and fun activity that does have proper etiquette and an unwritten code of conduct. In this class, the instructor will teach skate park etiquette, balance, basic skills, and simple tricks... perfect for beginners! The class will meet a total of three times.
Beginning on April 18th, a 6-week intermediate strength training class focused on improving lower body strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. Core and glute/hip work will round out this hour-long class. You do not have to be a runner to join us, but prior strength training experience is recommended.
Feeling stuck in your wellness journey? It's time to RevUp your life with our 6-week comprehensive program designed to launch you towards your health goals! The next session begins the week of April 1st. RevUp includes cutting-edge fitness assessments, small group training with an experienced coach, effective nutrition classes to assist in changing your relationship with food, and a membership to THREE of LSPR’s community centers. After completing RevUp, participants will graduate to Reload. Reload does not include nutrition classes.
