Seven Stages Seven Stories
A play inspired by narratives of local caregivers and person living with Alzheimer's. Seven Stages Seven Stories© is an intergenerational program that brings together older adults and youth that have family or friends with memory loss. The experiential arts-inspired process challenges preconceived notions and ideas about growing older and Alzheimer’s. Myths and stereotypes are dispelled and an intentional space for new conversations about memory loss and caretaking are explored. The goal is to increase a sense of community for all ages and support youth in rethinking and reimagining their future selves.
