Hourly/Lock-In Rates

Per Hour Fees (2 hour minimum)

Deposit and fees are due at the time the reservation is made.

1 If caterer is being used, the kitchen rental must be included with community room. Kitchen rental entitles renting party the use of kitchen appliances & ice machine.

2 Available after hours only.

3 Deposit Fee is $250 for Lock-ins.

4 Deposit fee is refunded according to the condition of the space.
 

Community Room Package Rates

“The Legacy Package”

• Includes 3 community rooms and catering kitchen.
• Available for four consecutive hours. Additional hours available at per hour or after hour rates.
• Rates:  >Resident/ Member ($420*)     >Non-resident ($525*)

“The Event Package”

• Includes 3 community rooms and catering kitchen.
• Available in 12 hour blocks. Additional hours are available at per hour or after hour rates.
• Rates: >Resident/Member ($1000*)     >Non-resident ($1250*)

* If alcohol will be served...

• Reservations must be made by persons 21 years of age or older.
• All applicable paperwork must be completed 30 days prior to your event.
• An additional $175 non-refundable service fee will be applied.
• Additional security must be provided by LSPD or Jackson Co Sheriffs. Legacy Staff will arrange the security. (Your billable time includes 30 minutes before and after event).

Regarding your rental...

• Saturday Community Room rentals are limited to “Event Package”, unless event date is within 60 days.
• Rental for authorized use of facilities must be made by persons 18 years of age or older.
• The $100 refundable deposit (MC/Visa only) AND the rental fee is required at the time of reservation.
• We also offer A/V equipment, podium with microphone, dance floor and table linens for additional fees.

 Preferred Vendors

For your convenience, the LPCC Staff has assembled a list of quality vendors who will be able to meet your event needs. You may choose to use another vendor for your special event, a $50 vendor fee will be applied to your rental contract. Caterer must hold necessary licenses and meet with LPCC Staff prior to your event.

• 20 paid admissions to the LPCC
• Up to 20 colorfully printed invitations
• Party shirt for honoree (1 per party)
• 1 1/2 hours in the Private Party Room
• Aquatic area during “Open Swim” hours
• Gym time during open play time
• Rates:  >Member/Resident Rate: $135       >Non-Resident Rate: $165  

Party Package Two

• Same as Package One, PLUS...
• Party Coordinator
• Party paper and plasticware
• Cupcakes to serve 20
• Punch or Lemonade to serve 20
• Rates:   >Member / Resident Rate • $155     >Non-Resident Rate: $200
