The state of the art facility features craftsman style elegance with cherry wood and stone accents. Fitness Memberships
Enjoy cardio machines that include treadmills, recumbent bikes, elipticals and nu-steppers and there are also seven selectorized strength machines. In addition, there are daily instructor-led fitness classes in the separate aerobics room and members receive a 20% discount on personal training fees.

The Shenendoah Room serves as the ballroom and is perfect for any of the events mentioned and more as it features a stage, built-in audio and video equipment, a full service kitchen and a dividable wall. It also opens out to the pristine patio area and the café. Classroom space is also available to rent.
