The Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) is managed by Public Works, including any updates to the plan. The CIP is a planning document that outlines anticipated infrastructure improvements in the City for the next five years. The CIP contains information about the scope, location and funding for various municipal projects throughout the City.

Public Review of 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan
The City is asking for public comment on the 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Public comments close at midnight on May 13, and can be submitted online.
