Multi-Family Housing Assessment Results Available Now!

The City of Lee’s Summit contracted with Vogt Strategic Insights (VSI) to conduct a housing study to evaluate the future market demand for new rental multi-family housing developments within the City of Lee’s Summit, MO.  Market-rate rental units were the primary focus of the study, but demand for age-restricted and affordable housing units were examined as well with reviews of age-restricted and affordable housing units being a secondary focus. 

EnVision LS Master Development Plan and Design Standards

On November 3, 2016, the City Council adopted a Master Development Plan, known as EnVision LS, for an area generally bounded by Pine Tree Plaza on the north, Adesa and adjacent properties fronting South M-291 Highway on the west, on the south by 16th Street east of South M-291 and Union Pacific Railroad on the east.
