Bar/tavern distance requirements

An amendment is proposed to the zoning code to reduce or eliminate the distance between a bar/tavern or restaurant serving alcohol and a residential use, when the residential use is in the same district as the bar/tavern.  Public hearings will be held at the Planning Commission on June 25, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, and at the City Council on July 25, 2013 at 6:15 p.m.
