2015-2019 5-Year Consolidated Plan Process Underway

Lee's Summit is an entitlement community of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As required by HUD and the Citizen Participation Plan of the City of Lee's Summit, the City prepares a Consolidated Plan every 5 years for the program.
