Fireworks Sales

A Fireworks Sales Permit is required for the retail sale of fireworks.  A limited number of permits are issued each year.  The permit must be displayed on the premises.  See application form and instructions here.

Individual Fireworks Permits

A permit is required for each husehold discharging fireworks within the city limits of Lee's Summit.  The permit is free - click here for more information.
