Lee's Summit Thoroughfare Master Plan

The Thoroughfare Master Plan was drafted by HNTB and adopted by the City's Planning Commission in 2006 and is a comprehensive solution which establishes short and long-range transportation improvement needs and priorities based on the projected development trends.
