Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2010-11 Funding Application Underway

The City is accepting applications now through 5:00 P.M., Friday, February 19, 2010 from eligible agencies and organizations Interested in participating in its 2010-11 CDBG program. For information and application forms, click here.

 

First Time Homebuyer and Minor Home Repair Programs:

Both the First Time Homebuyer Program and Minor Home Repair Program of the City of Lee's Summit are funded under the Community Development Block Grant Program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Funds are allocated each year to these two programs when the City Council adopts the Annual Action Plan of the CDBG program. The City starts to accept applications for First Time Homebuyer funds on July 1 of each year and continues to accept them until funds run out.
