Lee’s Summit, Mo. – On Thursday evening, 3/31/2011 at around 6:45 pm, officers were called to the Consentino’s Price Chopper on SW 150 Highway on the report that a subject had fallen through the drop ceiling. Witnesses report that after falling through the drop ceiling, the subject ran from the business and into a neighboring business. Witnesses at the neighboring business report that the subject asked for assistance and then ran from that business. A short time later, the subject was located by officers in the area and taken into custody. The subject, a white male in his twenties was transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries. Investigation continues as to why the subject was inside the drop ceiling.
