Lee's Summit City Hall Closed Monday, May 27

In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, City Hall, Lee’s Summit Municipal Court and the Resource Recovery Park, 2101 SE Hamblen Road, will be closed. The Memorial Day operational hours for Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation facilities are available at www.lsparks.net

Enhanced Enterprise Zone Public Information Meeting: May 23, 6:15 p.m.

The City of Lee’s Summit’s Enhanced Enterprise Zone (EEZ) Advisory Board will host a public information meeting for residents to learn about the EEZ economic development program at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 220 SE Green St., Lee’s Summit.

This public meeting is an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share thoughts and concerns about the EEZ program.

The primary purpose of EEZ’s is to stimulate economic growth through the creation of new jobs and new investment within a community
