City continues Negotiations with Exergonix Officials

The City Council instructed staff to continue negotiating with Exergonix to find a solution to meet everyone's interest.  City Manager Steve Arbo provided an overview of the key issues for the City and the developer at the May 19 City Council meeting.  According to a written statement by Exergonix, their business plan has changed due to the "dynamic nature of our fundraising and the uncertainty of financing from the Department of Energy."

City Crews Continue to Plow Streets

The City of Lee’s Summit’s Public Works Department crews will continue to plow and treat secondary and residential streets throughout the day in response to snow that blanketed the City Wednesday into the early hours of today (Thursday).

 

Community Development Committee Cancelled for January 19, 2011
