Secretary - Development Services

Minimum starting salary begins at $13.59 per hour plus an excellent benefit package.  



Duties include answering phones, directing calls to appropriate personnel, scheduling inspections, ordering and maintaining office supplies, preparing meeting packets, processing invoices and payments, booking department travel arrangements, and transcribing meeting minutes.  Attendance of some night meetings is mandatory.   



Minimum requirements include high school diploma or G.E.D., and one year of office/clerical experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have considerable knowledge of computer use. Successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills.
