Records Management Clerk - Municipal Court

Hiring range begins upper $20's DOQ plus an excellent benefit package. 


This position will  be have the primary responsibility of the retention and preservation of court records and processing record requests for the Court.  Duties also include attending court sessions as assigned, processing Court disbursements, and monitoring office supply inventory as well as other related duties.      


Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience in a court or related legal field. An Associate’s Degree in court administration or related field preferred. Applicants must  have considerable knowledge of municipal court systems, procedures, ordinances, and statutes.  Applicants must also have strong computer, clerical, and customer service skills.
