RFP 2019-PR-003 DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT HOWARD PARK

LSPR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 2019-PR-003

       

LSPR will accept proposals from providers interested in providing the following:  DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT HOWARD PARK.  Sealed Proposals must be received by 3:00 PM Local time on Thursday September 20th, 2018. Respondents should submit responses electronically via Public Purchase or deliver four (4) sealed hard copies plus one (1) unbound copy for a total of five (5) copies to Lee’s Summit City Hall, Parks and Recreation Department. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at Lee’s Summit City Hall Howard Conference Room ‘A’ on Friday September 7th at 10:00 am. LSPR reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects and to select the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to LSPR. 

 

All addendums must be signed and included with proposal.

 

RFP documents are available on the City of Lee’s Summit website, by contacting LSPR or by accessing the City’s e-procurement system, Public Purchase. Respondents needing to register with Public Purchase should visit http://www.publicpurchase.com. This is a two step process. Respondents should register no later than 36 hours (M-F) prior to the submission deadline. 

 

All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor. 

 

For any agreement greater than $5,000, the successful proposer shall comply with § 285.530, RSMo, as amended,  and by sworn affidavit affirming that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and provision of documentation evidencing its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this agreement.  The required documentation must be from the federal work authorization program provider.  Letter from respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All proposals should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program.
