Summary
This Council based committee was formed in 1993 to review personnel considerations and the City's annual budget. On February 16, 2012, the City Council voted to establish two separate Council Committees, one for Budget and one for Finance, to replace the current Finance and Personnel Committee.
Role
- Review financial statements
- Assesses unfunded expenditures
- Review and evaluate investments actions
- Recommends purchasing and bid approvals to the City Council
- All other matters as directed by the City Council
Meetings
Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 220 SE Green Street.
