On Tuesday 03-23-10 warrants were issued against the subject from Mondays assault case inside the Culver’s restaurant in Lee’s Summit on NE Douglas St. Gerry W. Baker, a 40 year old w/m from Independence, was charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action. His bond was set at $50,000 cash only and he remains in custody.

The victim of the assault, a 28 year old w/m from Clinton Mo, suffered a defensive wound and two puncture wounds to the midsection. His injuries are not considered life threatening.
